The problem

With a thriving online presence, and a bustling boutique in Pyrmont, the fashion brand was looking for an integrated shipping solution that would slash their operational overhead. All domestic orders previously being shipped with Australia Post Prepaid satchels meant St.Frock’s approach to shipping was costly and not optimised for scaling as they grew.
